I want to grab this opportunity to wish HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my sister, Kak Nurul. This is my second year, couldn't celebrate her birthday together with the other family members. I'm sorry kakak! I'll find you a birthday present, or, maybe a future-wedding-gift for you! I was told by her, that her fiancee is sick. Be strong okay? He'll be alright!
Last night, I baked banana cake! Deliciouuuus~
Well, the ready-made banana cake do not exist in Egypt! Thus, we have to bake it ourselves, thank god the recipe is damn easy! Thanks to Wadat for the recipe!
And...
Today, I made Spaghetti, improvised recipe from what I usually did. The taste, MARVELOUS! I didn't say it, someone did. I am so happy!
I'll look forward to write a recipe book in future~ *grin*
Now, I am going to study, my next paper is on 10th May, it is written exam, so, I need to go. I'll write more, don't be sad. :)
Recipe for Banana Cake:
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanillin
- 3 eggs
- 4 bananas
Okay, now we proceed to the steps:
- We smashed the bananas in a bowl. Put aside.
- Beat the eggs and add a small amount of the total quantity of the sugar that will be used in the mixture and begin to beat the yolks and sugar more briskly than before. While beating the mixture, gradually add the remaining sugar. The mixture should become thicker and the color should lighten considerably.
- Add the vanillin and the baking powder in the mixture.
- Gradually add some flour and oil.
