Day 4 : Eat what you want, in controlled amount

Hey, hey...what are you feeling today? Bloated? I'm not, but I don't feel hungry.

I had these for today:

Brunch: A chicken drumstick with half plate of rice, and a lemon juice
Snack: 2 slices of banana cake
Dinner: 2 slices of breads and oats
Snack: A piece of dodol durian

Tips :Do not eat till you feel bloated, just enough to make you don't feel hungry. If you still hungry, drink a lot of water. It's okay to drink a lot of water!
