Well, the topic today is 'Eating Slow'. Today, I ate real slow while having my lunch at Chicken Tikka. At first, it was all for staying longer there, thus we can study there while eating, but, I remembered, there is an advantage of eating slow. It'll make you feel satisfied quicker, and in the same time longer.
It is not a myth. It is true. I don't feel hungry after 8 hours. Seriously.
Oh, I ate half of the main dish, for 1 hour and 30 minutes! Chew~ Chew~ *Munch munch*
Breakfast: Milk and cereal
Lunch: 1/4 of Chicken Tikka, and small bowl of rice with the vegetables
Snack: Plain water
Dinner: 1/4 of chicken and mineral water
Snack : Small piece of dodol durian
That's all I 'd for today. :)
